Itinerary

DAY 1: CUSCO / SACRED VALLEY

Your visit begins with a transfer from the airport to your hotel to drop off your luggage (morning).
We will pick you up at your hotel and start the journey to the Sacred Valley of the Incas while enjoying the wonderful view. We will make our first stop in Pisac is an archaeological complex that is in the homonymous district of the province of Calca. The archaeological site is one of the most important and visited in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. It is located east of the Vilcabamba mountain range.
We will continue our journey to Ollantaytambo, where we will stop at a viewpoint to enjoy one of the best views of the Sacred Valley.
At noon, we will stop at a local restaurant where you can have lunch and enjoy Peruvian gastronomy.
Finally, we will arrive at Ollantaytambo, one of the most representative architectural complexes of the ancient Inca Empire and one of the few places where the Spanish conquistadors lost an important battle. Well known for its terraces, Ollantaytambo was a very effective fortress that also served as a temple.
Return to the city of Cusco for a stop in the community of Chinchero, known for its great craft fair of great quality, as well as for its lively culture where it seems that time does not pass. Approximately 8 hours later we will drop you off at your hotel to rest.

DAY 2: CUSCO / MACHU PICCHU / CUSCO

Very early in the morning they have to go to the station to take the service.
Departure by train: Departure from Ollantaytambo Station to Machu Picchu Pueblo will be around 06:40 hrs (time to be confirmed according to train availability). The journey takes approximately 1 hour and a half.
Arrival at Machu Pichu Pueblo: Upon arrival, around 08:10 hrs, our staff will be waiting for you at the Machu Picchu Station to provide you with the information and orientation you need. Share the information of the ticket you bought: As soon as you have your ticket, inform our advisor the time you will enter to schedule the corresponding guide service. Once you have your ticket and 30 minutes before the entrance time, go to the Consettur bus stop. Consettur buses leave on a recurring basis, the common waiting time is between 35 and 45 minutes. Once the trip starts, it will take you 30 to 40 minutes to get to Machu Picchu.
The visit to Machu Picchu will last approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. In this visit our guide will tell you the stories that only an expert knows, will give you tips for the best photos and you can make the most of the visit you dreamed of.
For the return trip, you will take the Consettur bus (about 30 - 40 min wait) and once you start the trip, it will be a 30 minute ride to Machu Picchu Pueblo.
For the return by train (depending on the availability of the train): We recommend that 30 minutes before your trip you start your transfer to the Machu Picchu Pueblo Train Station. You will be back in Ollantaytambo in the evening. From there you will return to Cusco in the service that awaits you for your pick up. Arrival to Cusco in the early morning.

DAY 3: 7 COLORS MOUNTAIN

This incredible adventure starts very early in the morning. We will pick you up at your hotel in the historic center of Cusco in the early morning and we will start a journey towards the South Valley; it will be a 2 hour drive until we reach Cusipata and from there we will continue the journey by a dirt road to the town of Phulawasipata for 1 hour more.
The village of Phulawasipata is located at 4,626 masl (15,177.17ft) and it is from there that we begin the hike that will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes bordering a beautiful stream. Be captivated by the trail and its fauna, you will see groups of herds of Andean camelids such as llamas and alpacas; if you are lucky, you might even see the Andean cat. The great snow-capped mountain that you will see is the highest in the region, the "Apu Ausangate", its majesty and mystique will remind you that you are in a unique and magical place. During the trip, you will be able to interact with the villagers of the area and learn a little of their daily life; you will see various fields that are worked in the area, especially the potato and its different varieties.
After the 1 hour and 30 minute hike, you will be amazed by the wonderful view of Vinicunca, the Rainbow Mountain (5,020 masl / 16466ft). You will have enough time to explore the area, take pictures and also take a break to renew energies (approximately 30 minutes at the top).
When it is time to begin the descent by the same route of ascent, the return hike will take approximately 1 hour to reach the place where the return transport will be waiting for you.
After 1 hour drive, we arrive at Cusipata for lunch. Afterwards, we will continue our return to Cusco arriving after approximately 2 hours. You will be back in Cusco at the end of the afternoon.
