Located within the Colca Valley, the Canyon is one of the major tourist destinations not only in Arequipa, but also in Peru. Its easy access - a bus or private car from the city to the district of Chivay, takes no more than 3 and a half hours. Here are developed varied activities that make it so required by tourists interested in adventure sports, ancestral culture and nature lovers.

Itinerary
DAY 1 AREQUIPA / CHIVAY
- 7:30 a 8:00 am The mobility passes through the different hotels to start our trip to one of the deepest canyons in the world, taking the road to Yura, bordering the Nevado Chachani to Pampa Cañahuas (National Reserve of Aguada Blanca and Salinas) habitat of the beautiful South American camelids, the vicuñas. In the wetlands of Tocra we can see a variety of migratory birds, including flamingos. We will pass through the crater of an extinct volcano (Chucura). We will stop at the viewpoint of the volcanoes, which is also the highest area of the road (4,800 m.a.s.l.) from where we will be able to appreciate a great part of the western mountain range.
- 13:00 a 14:00 Approximately, arrival in Chivay for lunch (not included).
- Installation at the hotel
- 16:00 In the afternoon we will enjoy the thermal baths in La Calera whose thermo-medicinal waters range from 35º to 38º Celsius degrees in the pools (for hotels in Chivay).
- 20:00 Dinner (not included) accompanied by a folkloric show (for hotels in Chivay).
- Overnight in Chivay or other place of your choice - Colca.
DAY 2 CHIVAY
- Start the day with a good breakfast at the hotel of your choice.
- Free day to rest and enjoy the wonderful landscapes of the Colca Valley. We suggest adding ACTIVIDADES ADICIONALES EN EL COLCA
- Overnight stay in Chivay - Colca
DAY 3: CHIVAY / CRUZ DEL CÓNDOR / CHIVAY / AREQUIPA
- 06:00 Breakfast in your hotel 06:30 We will go to the Cruz del Condor viewpoint, a strategic observation point of the canyon and the spectacular flight of the condor. On the way back we will stop in the villages of Pinchollo, Maca and Yanque, which have beautiful colonial churches, as well as in the viewpoints of choquetico and antahuilque, from where we will observe the impressive terraces of the valley, the pre-Inca tombs and models.
- Lunch in Chivay (not included).
- 13:00 Return to the city of Arequipa
- 17:00 a 17:30 hrs. Arrival in the city of Arequipa. End of services
